Navcharitable Social Help Foundation was formed in the year 2022 by some rural background intellectuals by the aim of connecting the rural community with the main streamlining of the development and the establishment of the happy and prosperous society because they had seen the lacks and survive the rural life, how a rural talent suffer from better opportunity with lack of knowledge and resources. The organization was registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 with Section 12A and Section 80G registrations under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Foundation is doing effort on the basis of the people participation in the rural areas of Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttar Paradesh from the last 3 years by the aim of integrated rural development have to take the long term thinking of the successive dreams with learning by doing from initial phase to up till now.

                                      In the first phase there was a help done with the developmental activity of Harvest Plus to spread the extension work in 2022 by the concern organization in the working areas. In review of the first phase it was found that there is a lack of knowledge, people organization and skilled leadership in the rural areas. So, the work was started in 2 villages Kharhatanr of Simri block and Chaki village of Chaki block of Buxar District, Bihar by the help of Volunteers in 2023 by the aim of overall rural development to reduce loop wholes. In the second review in the year 2024 it was found that there is lack of women and child participation in the organizational programs and have to pay more attention towards the women and children participation the work extension were done in 5 other villages of the Simari block. Similarly, in the year 2024 youth advocates. were prepared for the youth advocacy to reducing the gaps in the government programs. There was a presence and well-structured help done by the organization on the state, national. In the present phase 2025 Foundation is doing efforts already in 50 villages in 10 blocks of Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh. Now we are working on Carbon Farming and natural farming with an NGO network and preparing the community as a watch dog for its effective implementation by helping the administration for its well implementation among the rural community in Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh of India.

                 To organize awareness programs for control of population growth and create awareness among the people regarding the epidemic diseases such as Swine flu, tuberculosis.

                              To sensitize and promote sanitation and economic development in the field of agriculture, Eradication of superstition, social evils like dowry, bonded labor, child marriage, child labor, etc.

To conduct Student Exchange Programs at national and international platforms, for educational and cultural exhibitions.

To adapt Govt PHC on Public-Private partnership to strengthen healthcare. To educate and provide healthcare free of cost for an orphan child. To provide basic health facilities for people who are living in old age homes

Tomake team of doctors and people who will be trained to take situations like natural disaster floods, earthquake.

To establish, start, aid, run, maintain or manage primary school, nursery school, library, free reading room for the benefit of the member/ student / public, with prior permission from competent authority and without profit motive. To establish, start, aid, run, maintain or manage recitation, music, dance, drama, drowning, computer, etc training center / competition for the benefit of the students / public without profit making motive. 

To organize plantation program, forestry program etc. For the development and protection of environment. organize free ambulance service for the needy patients.  publish or cause to be published useful literature, magazine etc. Without profit motive.  give necessary telief to the affected in time, of famines, pestilence and other calamities cost by nature. observe the birthday of the great man of the country, led letters day, etc.

In order to uplift the morality of the people of the locality. arrange for social and cultural function of the entertainment and benifit of members of local people.  No objects of the Company shall be carried out without permission of competent authorities whomsoever and no objects of the Company shall be carried out on commercial basis however the company shall apply itsprofit,

if any or other income in promoting its objects & to prohibit payment of dividend to its members.Provided that the company shall not support with its finds, or Endeavour timpose on or procure to be observed by its members or others, any regulation or restriction which, as an object of the company, would make it a trade union.
